The Wooster Cardigan features a softly folded shawl collar lapel and metal buttons, allowing it to be worn like a blazer despite being a knitted item. By adjusting the tension of the lacing from the shoulders to the neck, the beautiful collar is reminiscent of a refined tailored jacket, and other ingenious features set it apart from other cardigans.

This latest model has a boldly shorter length and a change from three buttons to two buttons. It has been adjusted to be worn more like a tailored jacket. The deep V-neck and wide lapels have the added benefit of making the face appear smaller.

The WOOSTER series knit fabrics are made using a mix of two distinctive yarns. The first type of yarn is a cotton yarn that has a natural elasticity and a comfortable feel against the skin, and is highly stretchable and has good rebound. It has a special structure in which three strong yarns are twisted together to make a total of six strands, and when viewed alone, the yarn has a wavy shape that is different from other cotton yarns, hence the name "C Wave."
The second type of yarn is the special "AMOSSA" yarn, which boasts strong stretchability that prevents sagging due to the weight that is common in low-gauge knits, and adds elasticity and firmness to the knitted fabric. By mixing this yarn, the fluctuation that occurs when knitting with the first type of yarn, "C Wave," is balanced out, resulting in a three-dimensional, urban, and fashionable look.
The knit is made with the classic one-sided rib knitting. By deliberately using inside-out knitting, with the reverse side having a beautiful stitch as the front, it enhances the elegant look.

The basic construction is packed with advanced craftsmanship, from the blend of materials and yarns to the adjustment of knitting tension. This results in a beautifully knitted fabric with high resilience. Even if the yarn gets caught on something and pops out, you can return it to its original shape by stretching it out by hand and kneading it, then using a steam iron.
