A T-shirt isn't quite enough, and a dress shirt feels a bit too formal. For those weekend days when you want something just right, there's the minimalist Henley-neck sweater "WADE." While retaining the masculine appeal characteristic of a Henley neck, we've stripped away the embellishments that often lean towards military or sportswear, creating a garment where cleanliness and allure naturally coexist. Working with artisans in Yamagata, we re-examined the knit fabric from the ground up, ultimately adopting a waffle knit that combines ultra-strong twisted cotton and washi paper yarn.

We pursued a sophisticated silhouette with just the right amount of room, so that it doesn't feel bulky even when worn with a tank top or T-shirt underneath.

"C WAVE," a super strong twisted cotton yarn popular in the classic WOOSTER series, is blended with "washi yarn," which has functions such as quick-drying and antibacterial properties. While having a plump elasticity, it also has the smooth, skin-detaching feel characteristic of washi yarn. Due to the minimal fluff of the yarn, it is highly breathable, and the waffle knit pattern appears clear and beautiful, creating a sharp and intellectual impression. Since it is washable at home, you can always maintain a clean look.

Gentle made: Made in Japan knit with meticulously crafted stitches and neckline, by artisans in Yamagata.

The construction is meticulously designed down to each stitch, ensuring that the elastic knit fabric appears uniform and symmetrical. The knitting design has been re-evaluated numerous times to enhance its perfection, ensuring a beautiful neckline when worn.

This is a garment that stands out not by excessive logos or embellishments, but by the precision of its materials, knit fabric, silhouette, and stitching. This Japanese-made knit, crafted through repeated discussions with artisans at a factory in Yamabe Town, Yamagata Prefecture, elevates everyday wear with its superior quality.

[Washing instructions]

・When washing, avoid rubbing and gently press wash.
・Squeeze lightly.
・After washing, reshape and hang to dry.
・Do not tumble dry.
