“HARRIS” was created with the theme of a basic shirt that is ideal for men who enjoy both work and play to the fullest.
It blends well with both neat slacks and jeans, and is just right for wearing as an inner layer or an outer layer. This basic regular collar shirt embodies a classic mood that seems both vintage and new, while also exuding a sophisticated urban allure.
Gentle Fits: Silhouette designed for high freedom of styling arrangement

Model (182cm) wearing size: XL
Gentle Materials: Exuding rugged charm. Ultra-high density weather fabric meticulously crafted by skilled artisans.

The fabric used is "high-count weather," an extremely high-density plain weave fabric known as "weather" because its density is so high it repels water. Two slightly finer 60-count threads than those typically used in casual shirts are twisted together and woven with high density.

To make this high-density fabric comfortable to wear, skilled artisans slowly and meticulously kneaded small batches of the fabric in its raw (kibata) stage. After dyeing, the fabric is kneaded again from the core in the final finishing process. During drying, the fabric is gently finished without tension, resulting in a natural texture.

Then, after sewing and shaping, a bio-wash process is applied to create a vintage look, as if it has been cherished for many years, and a soft, plump texture.

Gentle Made: Subtle differentiation with unique five-pleat sleeve details

"This shirt is one of the results of exploring how exciting we can make basic wear, leveraging Japan's production background. It is said that during a time when sewing factories thrived in Tokyo, a style emerged where independent seamstresses would turn the first floor of their homes into factories, and small sewing factories popped up one after another throughout the region. To create samples for domestic brand collections, which were decided on abruptly late at night, they would carry cut parts and knock on doors of factory after factory, looking for someone to sew them. We crafted this shirt through repeated discussions with veteran product managers who experienced that heyday.
The fabric, design, and sewing are all finished by artisans at trusted factories that have supported Japan's textile industry.
At first glance, it's just an ordinary shirt, but for some reason, it has a good look that draws you in. As a director, nothing would make me happier than for you to enjoy this new sense of balance."
