The centre crease was corrected many times during the development stage to ensure that it would not collapse even when worn by multiple models of different heights and leg shapes. The silhouette has a three-dimensional feel. While thicker trousers can easily achieve a stooping silhouette, LIBRA has a smart silhouette with a tapered shape. It neatly balances the silhouette of the lower half of the body and creates an urban mood.

The detail design is also a key point, finished with an exquisite balance between ON and OFF use in mind. One pleat at the front creates the mood of classic slacks and adds a sporty taste. The use of metal zips used for jeans and other casual trousers is also unique to LIBRA.

The fabric, which greatly influences the impression of the item, is also carefully selected. Hybrid gabardine is used, with the warp yarn made from SUPER100 wool for an elegant look and the weft yarn made from stretchy T400 for a comfortable fit. This fabric combines the elegant look of wool with the functionality of polyester. It is also moderately water-repellent.

LIBRA MILANO is different in (1) "the use of 'kusutori' gives it a more dressy and beautiful silhouette"
'LIBRA MILANO' uses the "kusutori" (ironing) process, known as the ironing process used to prepare fabrics, which is mainly used for full-custom-made suits, for the crotch. This creates a silhouette typical of dress slacks, with less crotch lean and a stooping hem. It is said that "kusetori" is rarely adopted in ready-made slacks because it does not produce an extreme difference and is a process that requires considerable time and effort, but 'LIBRA MILANO' uses it as a device to make them look casually dressy.
