Regarding exchanges and returns due to customer reasons (different from the image, size does not fit, etc.)

For orders placed after Friday, June 16, 2023, we will accept exchanges and returns due to differences in image or size . For size or color exchanges, one-way shipping is free. For returns, points will be awarded for the purchase amount minus shipping and handling fees (400 yen) that can be used for shopping on the GENTLEMAN PROJECTS official website.

・Please contact us within 7 days of the shipping date to request an exchange or return. Once the procedure is complete, please return the item within 4 days.
・We will only accept size exchanges and returns if the product is the same as when it was purchased. We will not accept exchanges if the product shows signs of use, has odor, scratches, or stains, or is missing the original product tags or accessories.
・We only accept returns and exchanges for products that do not have the following message on the product page: "This product cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer convenience."

STEP 3 : We will exchange the item for your desired product and reship it to you. If the item you wish to exchange is not in stock, we will give you points equivalent to the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees (400 yen). STEP 4 : Please wait for the arrival of the replacement product. We will cover the shipping fee. (One-way shipping fee is 0 yen)
